A Dog was carrying a piece of meat in his mouth as he crossed a river. Looking down, he saw his own reflection in the water. Thinking it was another dog with a bigger piece of meat, he snapped at it.
But as he opened his mouth, his own piece fell into the river and was lost.
Moral: Beware of greed—you may lose what you already have.
